20th April

The lights are on and this Wednesday sees Port play their first 7-30pm KO at Summerleaze village when Henley Town are the visitors.   This is the last game of the season and a win is required if Port are to grab third place, which would give an excellent chance of entry into the FA VASE for next season.

Below is a picture of a floodlit Summerleaze Village.

Hopefully you will all be able to get along to the match, after which the lights go off and we can all look forward to the long, dark, winter nights when we can play under them again.

19th April - RESERVES WIN NORFOLKIAN CUP

Port reserves capped a fine season when they won the Maidenhead Norfolkian Cup with a 3 - 1 win over Cookham Dean.

This ended a great week for the second string as they had the honour of getting first use of the Club's new floodlights.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Club's AGM will take place on 1st May at The Crooked Billet, Westborough Road, Maidenhead, starting at 7 p.m.     If you want a say in how your Club is run this is your chance.

Please note this change of venue to the one previously advertised.

HOLYPORT CHANCE now has its own website.    For details of our fundraising scheme and the winners click on this link Holyport Chance
-------------------------------------------------------------

Holyport FC work hard to promote a friendly, family atmosphere and are keen to bring in some new helping hands and friends for the coming season. Help is required in all areas and the club would especially welcome more ladies into their set up at Summerleaze Village.

In today’s fast moving world it is often difficult for people to commit to this on a weekly basis, with this in mind our forward thinking club would still be keen to hear from anyone who can offer their services occasionally, if not every week.

If you think this might suit you please contact: Tony Andrews on: 01628-627066 (office hours) or Graham Broom on: 07768-746594
